SHIPPING

Items normally ship out within 2-3 days of purchase We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We generally use FedEX as the main carrier. Other carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS).  Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. FedEx will send updated tracking info. via email. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us for rates. **Canadian customers full cooperation [disclosure of information needed for tax and border fees] with FedEX representatives is required to complete shipment. Failure to comply will result in nonrefundable shipment costs and credit card reprocessing fees.

WARRANTY/REFUND & RETURN POLICY

NuBird Inc. offers a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. USA customers are offered a 30 day risk free trial.  There are NO REFUNDS after 30 days from date of purchase.  Products for return "within 30 days from date of purchase" must be in "Like new" condition, properly cleaned, sterilized in an autoclave bag indicating sterilization has occurred, and placed in a box.  Prior to shipping, please contact customer representative at NuBird Inc. to receive a return authorization code. Customer is responsible for costs associated with the return shipment, items, tracking or loss/damage.  Items received for warranty/repair will be inspected for manufacturing defects, repaired or replaced and returned.  Customer items returned that are not within warranty/manufacturing defect status, will be notified of additional costs. Any items received not following the above protocol or without a return authorization code will be discarded at the customers expense. No REFUNDS for purchases in Canada.
